How the rental works

Rentals are charged by the week. Any rental is at least one full week, and going into a new week charges that week, so eight days is two weeks. You pay in full when you book, with no deposit to put down and nothing held on your card.

Common questions

Do I need to collect the scooter myself?
No. We bring it to your address anywhere in the areas we serve, and we collect it again at the end of your rental.
How is the price worked out?

Everything we rent is charged by the week. One week is the smallest rental we do, so a couple of days and a full week cost the same.

If your dates run into another week, that week is charged as well, so eight days is two weeks, because the second week is taken out of our pool and cannot go to anybody else. Pick your dates on any product and you will see the full price before you book. There is nothing added at checkout.

What's the difference between the three knee scooters?

All-Terrain is built for grass, gravel and uneven sidewalks, longer distances and walking the dog. Standard is best mostly indoors on carpet, tile and boards, and it is the lightest to lift into a car. Pediatric suits a child or a smaller adult who needs a lower frame and handlebars.

How do I book a knee scooter?

Enter your Broward city or ZIP and your dates, pick your model, then book and pay online. We only show what is genuinely available for those dates, so nothing you see is already booked.

How far ahead should I book?

We ask for at least 24 hours notice so we can prepare and sanitise your knee scooter before it goes out. In peak season it is worth booking a week or two ahead, because we only own a small number of each model.

What weight limit and rider height does each scooter support?

Weight limits and rider heights are listed on each model's page. If you are between sizes, get in touch before you book and we will check the fit with you.
